About Todd A. Morth

I have made helping people solve their financial problems the focus of my career. I have been working as a bankruptcy attorney since I graduated from law school in 1998. I worked on my first bankruptcy cases in law school, as an intern at the Niagara County Legal Aid Society, and I saw firsthand the sense of relief someone could feel living their life free of concerns and fears about debt.

I started my career working for one of the biggest bankruptcy firms in upstate New York. My time there gave me valuable experience in practicing in both Buffalo and Rochester and I am comfortable representing clients from all over Western New York. However, I eventually found that working for a firm whose focus was on being the biggest and filing the most cases did not allow me to give my clients the individual attention they deserve and I left to start my own practice.

I live in Buffalo with my amazing wife, 3 teenage boys, and numerous pets, so I understand the cost of feeding a family these days. I coached all three of my boys soccer teams for Delaware Soccer Club and I enjoy watching them play soccer for both their schools and clubs.
